Job Description

RespirTech is a Philips Company providing the InCourage airway clearance therapy to patients with chronic respiratory diseases and neuromuscular disorders by way of a prescription from their healthcare provider.  Our Territory Managers are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare teams in the clinic and hospital setting to reach patients who can benefit from the InCourage airway clearance therapy solution for improved outcomes.  RespirTech is a market leader of High Frequency Chest Wall Oscillation (HFCWO) therapy in a still largely untapped market.


Your Role:

  • Outside sales and territory management in Oklahoma.
  • New business development and employ a hunter mentality to identify new opportunities, overcome objections and change mindsets.
  • Foster growth and maintain positive relationships within existing accounts.
  • Analyze and utilize data to develop, coordinate and implement a sales plan for the assigned territory.  This includes targeting, routing, and messaging.
  • Achieve specific performance goals and territory growth according to the established Territory Manager role job obligations and expectations.
  • Complete training program to become proficient in all aspects of the RespirTech InCourage airway clearance therapy, services provided by the organization and the clinical profile of the patients we serve. 
  • Clearly communicate to your customers about product and service differentiators;  present supporting clinical evidence; educate on patient selection and how to order based on Medicare and private insurance coverage criteria.
  • Present value propositions/customer solutions in a meaningful way that demonstrates understanding of customers needs.

You're the right fit if:

  •  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and related work experience
  •  3+ years successful direct field sales experience
  •  Ability to be in the field within Territory 90% (including some overnights)
  • Previous Durable/Home medical equipment and/or pharmaceutical sales experience
  •  Outside sales experience within this geography
  •  Ability to lift 20 pounds
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position
  • Experience selling to pulmonologists

Total On-Target Earning (composed of base + target incentive) from 85% to 120% performance achievement of Target Incentive is $129,000 to $182,000 per year plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. On Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
