- Manage multiple development teams' performance
- Contribute to goal setting, give regular constructive feedback for team members' progression, and provide coaching
- Budget analysis, evaluations, and project planning
- Implement software engineering processes, manage risks, and act as a liaison between engineering teams and clients
- Recruitment, staff evaluation, and budget management
