What you’ll be doing...

The candidate would primarily be working on inbound applications in Google CCAI – Dialog Flow Platform & Microservices. This is one of the critical revenue streams for Verizon to enable the roadmap of Conversational Commerce, and being a high volume application, performance & scalability in this case is of paramount importance.

  • Delivering across the entire app life cycle – design, build, deploy, test, release and support.
  • Working on IVR development with Google CCAI – Dialog Flow, Avaya OD with tighter microservice architecture & GCP CF & AWS Lambdas integration and strong experience in Inbound IVR applications.
  • Participating in the Agile/POD Teams for the applications that the candidate would be working on.
  • Acting independently, at the same time display excellent collaboration within and between various teams.
  • Being accountable for the work allotted and sticking to LOE provided.
  • Tracking and developing tasks on time with no compromise to quality and keeping productivity of the team.
  • Following Impact analysis and risk analysis processes in case of change requests.
  • Ensuring performance of the code developed as an ongoing basis and using the right tools for the same.
  • Working closely with the team to develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables, collaborating with other team members and stakeholders.
  • Keeping up to date on the latest industry trends in the web & voice technologies.
  • Ensuring security validations during design, coding & Validation, Testing Plan review to cover all the functional/non-functional requirements for the projects.

 You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or six or more years of work experience.
  • IVR development experience with inbound applications experience.
  • Experience in Google CCAI – Dialog Flow Platform.
  • Experience in Microservice Development & Integration using Spring Boot, Spring React.
  • Experience in Google Cloud Platform – Cloud Functions.
  • Experience in Dev Ops Tool Chain (Git/Stash, JIRA, Confluence, Junit, Sonar, Fortify, Jenkins, Prevoty).

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Experience with Google Looker, Google Biq Query Platform.
  • Experience with Digital Integrations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
