- Develop and maintain working knowledge of HRIS system functionality
- Support HR teams with Oracle HCM areas like Performance Management, Recruitment, Learning
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, audit data
- Provide system support, maintain training material, ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with IT for system upgrades, new implementations and integrations
