We are looking for a Senior Director, Record-to-Report (R2R) Stream SAP/S4Hana Lead to join our Lonza team. The Stream Lead is accountable and responsible for successful implementation of R2R process under the NEXUS SAP S4/.Hana program. The incumbent is leading a team of Business Process & Solution Architects, managing day to day task of the team, and engaging with the business finance stakeholder in organization.

Key responsibilities:
Act as Sub-Project Manager of the Stream Record to Report (Finance and controlling)
Lead the team of business & functional experts assigned to this stream
Accountable for the deliverables of this stream including formal approval
Drive the process harmonization across the finance & controlling functional
Influence R2R functional discussion and decision in alignment with Lonza strategy
Develop a detailed plan outlining the tasks, milestones and deliverables of this stream
Coordinate with the S/4 Hana project management in terms of timeline and milestones
Assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and ensure team adheres to deadlines
Communicate project status, issues, and risks to relevant stakeholders regularly
Identify and assess risks associated to the stream and develop mitigation strategies
Facilitate workshops and discussions related to decision-making in this stream
Work with process experts to analyze existing processes and identify improvements
Collaborate with team to gather and review requirements as well as design solutions
Ensure that functional requirements and solutions align with the overall objectives
Cooperate with the Consultants and IT Experts to address solution related questions
Organize prototype review sessions with relevant stakeholders to verify system build
Collaborate with data specialists to ensure a smooth transition of data to S/4HANA
Plan and organize system, process and data testing for assigned stream
Prepare, plan and organize training materials and training execution
Key requirements:
University Master degree in Business Administration or similar in Finance / Business
Highly experienced in an International environment, preferably from a global operating company, extensive experience in Finance & Controlling Functions
Proven experience in project management, particularly within SAP related projects
Strong understanding of business processes & data analysis in Finance and Controlling areas
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership capabilities to guide a diverse team
Analytical and critical thinking skills
In-depth understanding of ERP systems and their functionalities
Knowledge of SAP Implementation methodologies and tools
Proficient in identifying and managing risks
Skilled in managing organizational change
Adaptable and able to work in a dynamic project environment
Team player with the ability to collaborate across functional areas
