Position Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve any Healthcare claim insurance accounts with credit balances
  • Reconcile overpayments or system credit balances through researching EOBs and payer correspondences
  • Utilize various internal payer systems to drive accurate and timely resolutions of claims
  • Assist and support the implementation of process improvement duties and initiatives within the client's credits department

Position Qualifications

  • 2-4+ years of hands-on Medical Billing experience
  • 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
  • Experience remediating and refunding medical claims overpayments and EOBs
  • High School Diploma
