Job Overview

Position Schedule: Full-Time

Branch Real Estate (BRE) is responsible for supporting the physical branch office needs through the coordination of leasing, construction, lease administration, and maintenance of more than 15,000 branch office locations in the US and Canada. BRE performs these duties in a way to maximize value and minimize disruptions to our branch teams, allowing them to continue to focus on the needs of our clients.

Branch Real Estate recently created a Program Management Team to act as a shared resource across BRE that is responsible for leading and supporting business and technology projects, BRE analytics and insights, market strategy and the future strategy for BRE. The Strategy Implementation Specialist will be a member of the Program Management Team and support this work through implementing the day-to-day change strategy, management, communication, and training needs for BRE. They will also be responsible for implementing change, communications, and training with Cushman & Wakefield, who is our external Real Estate Service Provider.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:

Hiring Minimum: $96471

Hiring Maximum: $164262

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Must be well versed on business processes, vendor management, systems applications, project management and change management.
  • 3+ years of change management or equivalent experience, including experience translating stakeholder needs into change strategies and communication plans.
  • Demonstrated success navigating complex, dynamic environments, and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Effectively build strong relationships to influence and gain consensus at all levels, including executive.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Extensive expertise in written, verbal and presentation skills. Ability to create and evaluate client communication across a variety of media and channels. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

  • Prior Commercial Real Estate experience
  • Prosci, Advanced Prosci or CCMP certifications
