Summary

Responsible for providing customer service and administrative/operational support to assist the service team in supporting new and existing accounts.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Creates, communicates and records prospect and customer new and renewal quotes across all carrier lines;
  • Assists with preparing group communication pieces in Campaign Builder and other programs;
  • Organizes client health vendor programs and wellness fairs;
  • Updates EASE Enrollment, BenefitPoint, BrainShark, BenIQ and other proprietary databases where applicable;
  • Coordinates or assists with organizing Zoom meetings for Account Executives, Operations Manager and Marketing Consultants;
  • Completes annual group (all sizes) renewal processing including management of carrier communication, alternative quoting, and consultative delivery to sub-agents;
  • Sets up and communicates with new sub-agents; successfully fulfills contracts and subsequent carrier assignments;
  • Processes all group (regardless of size) subsequent member applications across all lines;
  • Promotes the company brand through digital marketing by conducting marketing research, strategizing with management, and creating and publishing content and campaign developments;
  • Initiates and maintains social media accounts to promote brand awareness and sales by creating persuasive content for a targeted audience, overseeing site metrics, and interacting with readers;
  • Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information);
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Proven digital and social media operational experience

Skills

Other related work experience preferred

Good verbal and written communication skills

Good customer service skills, including telephone and listening skills

Good problem solving and time management skills

Intermediate typing skills (30 - 35 wpm)

Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork

Ability to prioritize work for multiple projects and deadlines

Ability to accurately prepare and maintain records, files, and reports
