Summary: As an Assistant Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Account Managers to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects. This role is essential for maintaining project timelines, updating project management software, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service. You will work closely with Account Managers to assist in the day-to-day management of accounts, helping to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Support Account Managers in coordinating project activities and ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Project Management Software: Maintain and update project management software such as RocketLane, Asana, or equivalent, to track project progress and milestones.
  • Client Communication: Assist in communicating with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any issues that may arise.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including meeting notes, project plans, and status reports.
  • Task Management: Help manage and prioritize tasks for the account management team, ensuring that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to Account Managers, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and preparing reports.
  • Issue Resolution: Assist in identifying and resolving project-related issues, escalating to Account Managers or other relevant team members as necessary.
  • Travel: Occasional travel may be required to support client meetings and project implementations.

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a support role, preferably in account management or project coordination within the software industry.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with project management software such as RocketLane, Asana, or equivalent.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
