Your missions

About Us

At Prenuvo, we are on a mission to flip the paradigm from reactive “sick-care” to proactive health care. Our award-winning whole body scan is fast (under 1 hour), safe (MRI has no ionizing radiation), and non-invasive (no contrast). Our unique integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and increasingly AI, coupled with the patient-centric experience of our clinics across North America, have allowed us to lead the charge against “we caught it too late again.” Prenuvo operates preventative screening clinics in Vancouver, Silicon Valley, Dallas, Houston, Boca Raton, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, New York City, Buffalo, Bethesda, Chicago, and Atlanta, with more clinics in North America and internationally in the next 2 years.

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Email Marketing [Customer Lifecycle] to join our growing Marketing team. By collaborating with other team members, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our email marketing campaigns to increase patient and partner engagement, drive revenue, and support our overall marketing goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of email marketing best practices, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and a creative approach to campaign development.

This role will help lead the development and execution of email strategies that align with Prenuvo’s business objectives, focusing on increasing lifetime value of our consumer, healthcare provider and enterprise sales channels. Working cross-functionally across the organization, you will partner with sales, clinical operations, product management, and the broader marketing team. This is a fully remote role. Candidates located in the US (where we have clinic locations) are welcome to apply.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage email marketing campaign strategy, including planning, targeting, segmentation, and deployment of email campaigns that align with our business objectives.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting on campaign effectiveness and performance to plan. Provide data-driven analysis of initiatives, using data to guide future optimizations of all elements of our email programs.
  • Tracking, analyzing, reporting and optimizing programs - keeping stakeholders informed of performance wins, opportunities, and risks.
  • Utilize A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize email content, subject lines, send times, and segmentation strategies for maximum effectiveness.
  • Design and manage automated email workflows, including welcome sequences, nurture campaigns, and retention strategies.
  • Ensure all email marketing activities comply with relevant regulations, including GDPR, and other applicable laws.
  • Content creation; work closely with the marketing and design team to translate brand and messaging guidelines and creative concepts into compelling emails that resonate with our target audience.
  • Liaise with sales and CRM administrators to ensure seamless integration of email marketing efforts with our customer data platform (CDP) and other marketing technologies.
  • Manage external email partner and vendor relationships and platforms.

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience leading successful email marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Strong analytic skills and experience reporting on full funnel metrics
  • Experience with Iterable, Salesforce, and best in practice lifecycle marketing tools, preferred

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to distill complex concepts into easily understandable insights
  • Well informed opinions on marketing, creative and customer experience best practices
  • An eye for the details and ability to focus on multiple projects at once
  • Experience that spans marketing, sales, and CRM management
  • Strong organization and time management skills.

Nice to have:

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • The ability to maintain a flexible approach to respond to shifting priorities and emerging opportunities
  • Healthcare or related industry experience preferred
