About The Job

Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Trade Marketing Manager" position within the consumer marketing department. As the Trade Marketing Manager, you will play an important role in driving the company to its goals through close business partnering and continuous collaboration with Sales & Marketing and Finance department. In the context of your job, you will report to Senior Trade Marketing Manager and be directly responsible from the following.

Objectives of the role

  • Plans and executes product launches, yearly promotional plans and sales initiatives
  • Prepares internal and external data analysis and reports to develop action plans by channel and category
  • Works closely with sales, marketing, procurement teams and suppliers to actively lead the development of in-store visibility strategies per channel
  • Develops and supports category initiatives including assortment review, pricing and market analysis, new item introductions
  • Develops trade tools to improve volume, distribution and merchandising
  • Makes field visits to monitor and develop trade marketing executions
  • Creates and implements Trade Marketing strategies and communicating this to the marketing/sales teams
  • Supports the development of effective category strategies
  • Works with functional departments to create and implement tailored recommendations for channel & category specific needs
  • Closely monitors financial performance of the categories and find out further opportunities to strengthen business growth
  • Analyzes Regular Reporting of Nielsen, B2B
  • Ensures strong plans in respected sales channels trade KPI's that are in place and well executed
  • Implements NPD positioning and launches in field, answering the needs of customers

About You

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Sales in FMCG industry
  • Good command of MS Office applications & presentation skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical mindset and knowledge of data is a plus
  • Advanced communication and follow-up skills are mandatory
  • Develop variable communication skills & persist to follow-up ongoing projects with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, supply chain, finance departments)
  • Result oriented, proactive, willing to take initiative
  • Ability to manage relationships with sales team
