AI/AIOps Strategist

As an AI/AIOps strategist within Enterprise Technology Services, you’ll play a key role in establishing and advancing the adoption of AI (artificial intelligence) and AIOps strategies for operational excellence. In this role, you’ll work across different infrastructure and operations domains as well as other enterprise organizations to develop a comprehensive strategy and set the direction and roadmaps for adoption of AI and AIOps to advance our capabilities to help fuel Progressive business goals. Also, you'll help develop education/training on AI and AIOps, prioritize highest value use cases, and oversee experimentation to advance learning. You’ll lead planning, budgeting, and governance activities to advance AI and AIOps implementation. You’ll design and architect AI solutions to automate and optimize IT operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into business processes, drive innovation, and continuous improvement in AI technologies and methodologies. In addition, you’ll develop, maintain, and align roadmaps for AI and AIOps while also upholding performance, capacity, availability, and service quality.

This is a remote position for US based work only.

Must-have Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunication, Math) and minimum of eight years working with operating system hardware and/or software components in designing and scripting infrastructure solutions.
• In lieu of degree, minimum of ten years related experience working with operating system hardware and/or software components in designing and scripting infrastructure solutions.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Proven experience in successful application and implementation of AI/AIOps including machine learning and data analytics
• Experience with AWS, API integrations, IT infrastructure, Terraform, Python, Splunk, Snowflake, and Cribl
• Experience leading large-scale system transformations and advancing ITIL processes/capabilities
• Proven ability to define, execute, and balance target state and transition architectures with business growth strategy and architecture guiding principles
• Experience communicating, building strong relationships, and influencing across business and IT including leaders to ensure alignment across business and IT organizations; experience coaching, guiding, and leading technical leaders
  
  

Compensation

• $140,000-$170,000/year
• Gainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
