Job description

Integral Resources, LLC is seeking a Manager on Duty/Dialing Platform Operator for our Online Call Center. This position would be ideal for someone who is passionate about fund-raising, has prior experience working in a call center, and is able to manage a team of operators while also skillfully operating our dialing platform.

As the Manager on Duty/Dialing Platform Operator, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our online call center, utilize our predictive dialing platform, and work collaboratively with the management team to reach our clients' fundraising goals. This position requires a high level of responsibility, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.


Responsibilities
  • Operate the predictive dialing platform, ensuring its efficiency and accuracy
  • Manage a team of Online Fundraising Specialists
  • Monitor call volumes, adjust pacing as necessary, and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Set and maintain high performance standards for our operators
  • Resolve any customer or technological issues quickly and efficiently
  • Provide regular reports to management
  • Collaborate with management team to drive fundraising goals

Requirements

  • Experience working in a call center environment
  • Experience working with a predictive dialing platform
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
