TL/DR:

The Senior/Mid Social Media Specialist is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing a range of content around Casino, sportsbook gambling, gambling behavior and crypto. We are looking for a community manager and/or social media professional with a strong passion for betting industry insights, promotions and trends.

The Nitty-Gritty:

Assist the Senior Social Media Manager with the Philippines strategy and content development and planning of day to day social media posts and video content.
Write compelling copies for every post created.
Collaborate, present ideas for creative content to be further developed, develop social media strategies alongside other Social Media Specialists and the rest of the team members, with the aim of increasing brand loyalty and user engagement.
Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure the brand integrity and consistency in all output.
Provide design and video editing support: Edit photos and videos for Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Tiktok, social media, and a range of other digital platforms with a creative flair appropriate to Rivalry's brand tone of voice.
Understand the user experience to ensure content is focused on maximizing engagement.
Gather, organize and manage media assets. Prepare video thumbnails, descriptions, and other associated metadata.
Provide detailed social media reports and analysis based on the data given.
Social Listening, understanding our audience and their needs.
Create a digital community that is excited about gambling.

Your stats:

2 to 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
Stay up to date with the latest video and content trends and digital technologies.
Experience in growing social media pages, particularly in betting companies or betting dedicated social media channels (a must).
Experience in crypto related media is a plus.
Experience in creating highly-engaging social media content (a must).
Experience as a community manager (a must).
Deep knowledge of gambling, gambling behaviors and sportsbooks.
Hands-on with Adobe Photoshop, and more.
Creative thinker, articulate and persuasive, and able to communicate ideas.
A strong eye for detail.
Doing personal video content is a plus.
Since the team members operate around the globe, it is important that you are quick and responsive on messaging.
High accountability and ownership of the role.
Strong organizational skills, and ability to manage time effectively and prioritize work.
Great communication skills, in-person, virtually and in writing.
