The Diagnostic Imaging Division consists of a portfolio of products that are used within the CT/MR Radiology Space. The division is currently represented across the UK & Ireland through the Synapse Medical brand, but Uniphar Medtech is now looking to expand further into Europe and add the portfolio into the existing Angiocare Netherlands brand which is based in Amersfoort.

Future growth of the team is expected to support the business within a 2–3-year period, with Sales Management, Clinical Training, and Engineering Roles as required. 

Location – The Netherlands

Reporting line – Head of Sales, Diagnostic Imaging

Purpose of the Role

This is an opportunity for the right individual to take on an existing business and grow market share significantly across the portfolio. Ideally the role will suit someone with strong clinical or commercial experience within the field of Diagnostic Radiology, particularly with capital equipment that requires installation planning, training, and sales support on an ongoing basis.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain existing install base of products and use this as a launch pad to develop market share.
  • Create and implement sales strategies to grow market share for all products within the Diagnostic Imaging portfolio.
  • Provide clinical support/training on the current range of products within the Diagnostic Imaging Portfolio.
  • Commercially focused to meet or exceed target expectations for an established product segment.
  • Align with the DI strategic plan that covers UK&I and EU.
  • Reporting initially to the Head of Sales for Diagnostic Imaging.

Requirements

Essential:

·Degree qualified with 5 years + working in Radiology sales or within a hospital setting i.e. Radiography background

·Develop relationships with OEM’s and managed service providers.

·Experience of working within Radiology sales/applications.

·Maintains a focus on excellence and unexpected service delivery.

·High reliance on drive and planning/organisational skills.

·Excellent interpersonal skills: Customer focused with strong influencing skill.

·Good administrative and IT/computing skills.

·Salesforce and CRM training preferable. 

·Commercially aware, be able to manage a complex business.

·Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated and team player.

·Comfortable moving medical devices around the hospital and working closely with engineers in moving and installing capital equipment within large capital projects.

Dutch and English language – verbal and written.

Preferable:
·Radiography sales and applications experience preferred but not necessary.
·Preferably MRI/CT/Theatre
