Your missions

Our client is a Strongly Backed Virtual Streaming Startup aiming to unlock humanity's potential through new technology sparking a revolution in the virtual streaming industry with the Launch of their Streaming platform.

The Role

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work closely with the Operations Manager and will be responsible for creating, planning, communicating, and optimizing the in-app promotions and events for our product. Your work will involve deep diving into consumer insights to understand and suggest specific initiatives that the product team can work on and implement as features. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a strategy for live operations and monetization that considers the expectations of both viewers and streamers.
  • Exploring new in-app content strategies, and models, planning and launching in-app live events by following up on hot trends and topics.
  • Clearly defining and setting up the in-app actions and promotions through the required tools.
  • Introducing, managing, and developing the roadmap of features and tools needed to innovate and improve live ops. This is your chance to coordinate our development with relevant stakeholders and bring your innovative ideas to life.
  • Conducting quantitative analysis and A/B and multivariate tests to optimize user retention, consumption rate, and ARPU value through gaining critical insights into users' life cycle
  • Bring the team an understanding of best-in-class live ops activities, feature design, and monetization mechanics.

Ideal Profile

  • You have 3+ years of experience working in live streaming and/or gaming companies, especially for the North American region.
  • You have a proven track record of successfully running and growing live operations platforms both in terms of users as well as revenue.
  • You possess experience in LiveOps Event planning and Monetization of apps.
  • You have a profound passion for entertainment and otaku culture, such as Anime, Manga, and VTube.
  • You are analytical, driven, and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and can work well in internationally distributed teams.
