About The Role:

Reporting directly into the VP of International Export Sales this role provides an opportunity for you to manage a portfolio of selected customers.You will develop and execute growth and development strategies in alignment with our internal strategies for each inMusic brand. What You'll do:

  • Own and develop the day to day relationships of the international accounts within your portfolio.
  • Facilitate regular online and some in person meetings with customers.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure that your accounts are being supported where necessary.
  • Ensure that the relevant product portfolios, including new products, are appropriately and successfully represented and marketed by your customers/regions.
  • Achieve strong and consistent sales growth in line with internal sales budgets and forecasts.
  • Review and action upon business intelligence data relating to each account.
  • Contribute towards routine sku level sales forecasts.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the market, being aware of evolving trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and dynamics to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Fulfill any other assigned responsibilities with enthusiasm and dedication.

Requirements

Skills Required:

  • Proven sales experience in the MI industry working with international distributors in the EMEA region.
  • A track record of implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of inMusic products/brands.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and BI systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proven expertise in implementing effective strategies and leading organizational change
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a particular emphasis on delivering powerful presentations.
  • Self-driven and able to take initiative in a dynamic work environment.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities.
