SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Lead Manual QA. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Key responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, estimate and prioritise testing activities
  • Work closely with multiple teams to identify test coverage and ensure the project delivered with the highest quality
  • Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and automated)
  • Diagnose the most complex defects and track them from discovery to resolution
  • Analyse issues to constantly improve the quality of the product, processes, and tools
  • Provide reports on conducted tests and product quality
  • Measure the quality of the product and processes
Requirements:
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a role of QA Lead
  • 5+ years of experience in a role of QA Engineer
  • Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, processes and tools
  • Strong team player with good analytical, technical and problem solving skills
  • Proved leadership skills and ability to take ownership and drive problems to resolution
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities and commitments
  • Set up and improve QA processes, procedures, quality gates
  • Definition and analysis of QA metrics for product and processes
  • Experience with CI/CD technologies, SQL and NoSQL databases, testing APIs, backend integrations
  • Russian level: Advanced
