As a Full Stack Tech Lead, you will play a critical role in leading the development of our cloud-native and mobile applications. You will be responsible for overseeing the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our customers' needs.

What you will doTechnical Leadership: Lead a team of full stack and mobile engineers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure high-quality code and best practices are followed.Architecture & Design: Design and architect cloud-native applications and mobile solutions using Node.js, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.Mobile Development: Lead the development of mobile applications using frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or native mobile development for iOS and Android.Development: Hands-on development of both frontend, backend, and mobile components, including RESTful APIs, microservices, user interfaces, and mobile features.Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality, performance, and security.Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring of applications across web and mobile platforms.Cloud-Native Infrastructure: Utilize cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to build and deploy applications, ensuring optimal use of cloud resources.Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize application performance, including database queries, API response times, frontend rendering, and mobile app performance.Security: Ensure applications adhere to security best practices, including data encryption, authentication, and access control.Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation for code, processes, and architecture.What you need to be successfulExperience: 7+ years of experience in full stack and mobile development with a strong focus on cloud-native environments.Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js), and mobile frameworks like React Native or Flutter.Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architecture.Mobile Development: Proven experience in developing and deploying mobile applications for iOS and Android.Leadership: Proven experience leading a team of engineers, with a track record of successful project delivery.DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring tools for both web and mobile applications.Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues across web and mobile platforms.Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Nice to haveExperience with microservices architecture.Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).Experience with GraphQL or other modern API frameworks.Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL).Experience with container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).Knowledge of mobile app performance optimization and best practices.About BlackCloak
