Your missions

The Associate Director, International Business provides infrastructure support related to activities OUS (outside US) functions for the International Business Team which is part of the Customer Organization. This role supports the department with planning, tracking, and execution of International Business initiatives aimed at ensuring the design, build and execution result in an efficient, scalable organization.
The Associate Director, International Business will manage many of the key activities which are leveraged across the International Business platform. This individual will work across functions to ensure accountability and alignment, utilizing strong project management capabilities and the ability to manage complex work streams in a dynamic cross-functional environment.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Continues to build on Sarepta’s vision to help physicians and families get access to Sarepta’s medications OUS.
  • Effectively manage International Business meetings including the development, management, and facilitation of strategically focused agendas and meetings to assess and evaluate new product and countries, as well as taking concise meeting minutes and capturing and following up on action items in a timely manner
  • Create tracking tool by product and ongoing status in OUS country to provide relevant updates to stakeholders.
  • Create project plan for new product and OUS country launches and manage the coordination, execution and integration with all partners.
  • Works closely with Global Reimbursement Programs Lead and Patient Services Lead.
  • Provide tactical oversight while managing and collaborating with external vendors, partners, and consultants on various OUS related efforts
  • May help coordinate contracting within the department ensuring amendments and updates are tracked appropriately.  Partners with our procurement team.
  • Provide program support to the International Business team members
  • Act in complete & total compliance with all laws, regulations and Sarepta policy.
  • Other related duties as needed

Desired Education and Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (general business, health sciences, public policy or other related degrees)
  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare related experience
  • Strong project coordination and administration skills
  • Leadership skills and experience
  • Detail orientated and highly organized
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Strong listening, verbal and written communications skills
  • Team orientated with a willingness to collaborate
  • Strong leadership, people management, influencing and motivating skills and the ability to manage complexity where both strategic and tactical skills are required.

This position is hybrid, you will be expected to work on site at one of Sarepta’s facilities in the United States and/or attend Company-sponsored in-person events from time to time.

The targeted salary range for this position is $156,000 - $195,000 per year. Sarepta is making a good faith effort to be transparent and accurate around our hiring ranges. The salary offer is commensurate with Sarepta’s compensation philosophy and considers factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, external market conditions, criticality of role, and internal equity.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
