About the team
Our award-winning FIS Balance Sheet Manager solution enables financial institutions around the globe to quantify and mitigate risk, manage capital and the liquidity buffer, and apply risk adjusted performance measures throughout the organization to optimize their risk return profile.

Our stack is based on C# and Angular web-based applications with a fast track to a cloud-based solution forming a part of our core system.
What you will be doing
Specialize in how our software applications function, and our customer computing and IT use cases.
Validate results obtained from various financial risk management calculations (ALM, Credit Risk, Market Risk, Liquidity Risk, FTP).
Test on-prem and cloud-based risk management solution with focus on financial risk calculations, performance and scalability. Engage closely with our development, internal stakeholders and client-facing
Continually identify, prioritize, and push for software changes and automation of blueprint patterns that ease repeated processes (e.g., client onboardings, releases, patches, upgrades, …)
Take part in our journey from on-prem to full SaaS application
Contribute in our agile software development process from the business requirement phase until testing and documentation phase
Define and execute testing strategy based on a solid understanding of the client requirements
Support the development team and successfully manage corresponding business processes
What you bring
Ideal candidate should bring most of the following skills:
Understanding of Banking and Capital market products - like loans, mortgages, credit cards, deposits, bonds, derivatives - along with risk management.
Understanding and interest in financial risk management calculations (ALM, Credit Risk, Market Risk, Liquidity Risk, FTP).
Understanding some of the following technologies - SQL, web applications hosting, multi-tenant vs single tenant, Docker, MongoDB
Knowledge of test automation frameworks like – Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, …
Interest in financial applications deployment/implementation in client environments.
Experience in software quality assurance and software performance testing.
Understanding of 3-tier architecture of financial applications
