Alteryx is searching for a Revenue Enablement and Learning Operations Manager. This position is remote-friendly.

Position Overview:

In this role, you will partner with teams across GTM, and the Sales Enablement team, to ensure a governance framework that enables strategic business outcomes, increases collaboration, improves visibility, and decreases risks, all in alignment with the overall planning, budgeting, and operational lifecycles for training and field readiness programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, strong facilitation skills, and an understanding of adult learning principles.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall operational rhythm for Sales Enablement across the organization, aligning all requests for enablement to the overall Sales Enablement strategy.

  • Lead and manage all demand and capacity planning for optimal resource utilization and alignment to support sales enablement programs, ensuring all required resources, venues and support are secured and a world class event is delivered.  Make recommendations to leadership accordingly.

  • Administer and manage the sales enablement platform as well as the learning management system used by the Sales Enablement team to deliver content and training to the field.  Will be responsible for the daily maintenance of these systems and provide support to users and content creators as needed.

  • Oversee the Enablement Intake process in Asana, groom requests to ensure clarity of the ask, learning objectives identified.  Work with requestors to get clarity on what they want to achieve.

  • Lead the bi-weekly prioritization of Enablement requests with sales enablement team, working with the Sr. Director, Revenue Enablement to communicate back to regional sales leadership, marketing, customer success and other GTM support teams what work will be completed and by when.

  • Provide analysis on trends and insights into enablement requests – make recommendations to Sr, Director, Revenue Enablement on what and where we should focus our resources and efforts.

  • Partner with Finance to provide spend forecast and recommendations on budget allocation throughout a budget year on Sales Enablement content, events and programs.

  • Support the development of training materials, including manuals, presentations, and eLearning modules.

  • Foster an interactive learning environment that encourages participant engagement and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in an Enablement role in SaaS company.

  • Must have experience managing Enablement systems like Seismic, Highspot in addition to LMS platforms like Lessonly, LearnUpon, or WorkRamp.

  • Demonstrated set up and usage of project/program management platforms like Asana, Monday.com, or JIRA.

  • Proficiency with design and production tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Articulate Storyline).

  • 4+ years’ experience working cross-functionally in portfolio planning and/or strategic planning.

  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.

  • Excellent attention to detail, oral, written and presentation skills, confident communication.

  • Experience operating successfully in a global, multi-cultural environment.

  • Ability to work in highly ambiguous situations bringing clarity and organizational alignment.

  • Ability to oversee a variety of projects/programs simultaneously.

  • Solid organizational skills, process oriented, results driven and attention to detail.

Compensation:

Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location. 

The salary range for this role in the United States is $93,900 - $120,000.

In addition, you may be eligible for additional compensation, such as a bonus. Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, including medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee discounts, and others.
