Here’s why we need your help

The Enterprise Account Director is a new role at Recovery.com and will be focused on retaining and growing enterprise accounts and establishing new enterprise relationships.

Our enterprise accounts are large behavioral health organizations representing hundreds of facilities and thousands of beds throughout the U.S.

Work Location

Must be located in Madison, WI or willing to spend regular time at our headquarters in Madison, WI

How you know you’re being successful
  • Your accounts are seeing continued success as defined by meeting or exceeding their cost per admission targets while increasing ad spend on the Recovery.com ad platform
  • We are able to acquire new enterprise customers through your leadership and efforts
  • You’ve built strategic relationships with key stakeholders at each company under your management, both at the corporate level and at individual facilities (where applicable)
  • You propose and execute on cross-departmental strategies involving our advertising operations, customer success and product teams that result in the growth and success of your accounts
We’ll expect you to do things like these:
  • Oversee the strategic relationship between Recovery.com and your accounts
  • Work closely with our Performance Management team & Advertising Operations team to develop advertising campaigns that deliver significant value to your accounts
  • Establish and run timely and recurring client meetings, reviewing campaign results, recaps and upcoming opportunities
  • Keep key accounts apprised of product enhancements and new opportunities
  • Troubleshoot issues like attribution, low-converting landing pages, and under-performing admissions processes that are leading to less than acceptable cost per lead or cost per admission
  • Grow our existing Enterprise Account client base
  • Maintain a growing book of business
  • Meet in person with stakeholders from your primary accounts at least once per year
Required Qualifications
  • Extensive experience navigating an enterprise environment (with at least 500+ employees)
  • A sophisticated understanding of digital advertising, marketing concepts and best practices
What we think will improve your chances of success:

We think the following are indicators of likely success in this role:

  • Account management experience at a digital marketing or advertising agency and/or managing marketing efforts at a behavioral healthcare facility
  • Experience in the addiction or behavioral health field
  • Previous experience with increasing and maintaining a census at a behavioral healthcare facility
  • Deep knowledge of conversion rate optimization strategies
  • Proven ability to grow revenue through successful account management
  • Expertise with Google Analytics and other similar platforms
  • Experience managing, building and optimizing Google Ads or equivalent PPC campaigns
  • Technical understanding of tracking and attribution strategies typical in digital advertising
  • Knowledge of PPC advertising platforms, terminology and trends
  • A passion for mental health and our mission
Travel Expectations

10-20%

Compensation

On Target Earnings of $120,000 - $160,000
Base - $70,000 - $90,000 based on years of experience and fit to job requirements

Commission - Annual OTE of $53,000 (uncapped)

Equity Options

In addition to your cash compensation, you will receive options to buy stock in Recovery.com at a set strike price. These options will vest on a four-year schedule and present an exciting opportunity to benefit from the upside of our company’s growth.

Quarterly Bonus

An additional 10% of base earnings is paid out quarterly when the company meets its revenue target.

Dane County Housing Stipend

We strongly value in-person work and collaboration, so for full-time employees residing in Dane County, we offer a housing stipend of $689/month in addition to your salary ($8,268/yr; half of the Fair Market Value of a 2BR apartment in Madison according to rentdata.org).
