Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Job Description:

Team Focus Insurance Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 5-6 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging HubSpot to manage and optimize sales activities, build and maintain a robust database of prospects, and create targeted messaging campaigns to drive lead generation. This role is critical to the success of our sales pipeline and requires a proactive approach to prospecting and lead nurturing.

 

Key Responsibilities:

HubSpot Management:

  • Utilize HubSpot to track and manage all sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and follow-ups.
  • Optimize HubSpot workflows and processes to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Campaign Building & Execution:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel messaging campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to engage and nurture prospects.
  • Develop, manage and oversee a strategic approach to building target lists, focusing on high value prospects and marketing strategies.
  • Customize campaigns to align with different customer profiles and stages of the buying journey.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.

Prospect Database Development:

  • Research and build a comprehensive database of potential customers, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
  • Segment prospects based on customer profiles, industry, and buying behaviors to tailor outreach strategies.
  • Continuously refine and update target lists based on industry trends, market research, and sales feedback.

Conference Prospecting & Lead Follow-Up:

  • Identify and prospect for key conferences and industry events to set up meetings with potential clients.
  • Coordinate pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up to maximize engagement and lead conversion.

Leveraging Buyer Intent Signals:

  • Analyze and leverage buyer intent signals to prioritize high-potential prospects and tailor outreach accordingly.
  • Monitor and respond to buyer behaviors, adjusting strategies to ensure relevant and timely engagement.

Qualifications:

  • 5-6 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot.
  • Strong experience in prospecting, database building, lead generation and qualifying leads.
  • Proven ability to create and manage multi-channel messaging campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate the technical aspects of our software solutions.
  • Strong customer orientation with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve client issues effectively.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to driving sales success.

Travel:

  • An estimated 5% travel for the year (2.5 weeks or up to 3 weeks total for the year for conference attendance).
