Your missions

Our time is NOW.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing industry that is making a real difference in the world, managing major bids and developing winning proposals for our Capital Project Delivery teams; supporting our growth in Onshore Renewables, Marine Renewables and Infrastructure.

You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of our major bids from bid proposal, through to project initiation. You’ll work with the Partner in Charge/Proposal Leads to develop a clear win strategy for each bid. You will manage input from others including subject matter experts, typically engaging with our sales, technical, legal and health & safety teams. You’ll contribute to the written proposal both in terms of content and presentation, and develop client presentations as required as part of the bid submission.

With responsibility for ensuring that timescales are achieved at each step in the bid process, including all internal governance, whilst taking the initiative in setting realistic deadlines – ultimately you’ll be ensuring that proposals are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

In addition, driving continuous improvement through post-bid reviews will be pivotal to the ongoing growth and success of the business, therefore you will be encouraging a learning environment, mentoring and hosting proposal workshops, and working with members of the bid team to improve and develop processes, templates and content library.
