Work Schedule: Monday - Friday / 08:00 AM to 09:00 PM with a 40-hour weekly cap (EST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced High-Ticket Sales Closer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing high-value deals, such as $10,000+ programs, services, or similar offerings. This role is focused on driving significant revenue growth by effectively closing inbound leads, performing cold calls and direct messaging (DM), and following up diligently until the deal is won or lost.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Closing: Close new users by understanding their needs and demonstrating the value of our program.
  • Lead Engagement: Consistently cold call and DM warm leads, ensuring daily outreach to potential customers.
  • Inbound Call Handling: Manage daily inbound calls, maintaining a high show rate and engagement level.
  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage multiple calls and follow-up activities, ensuring a robust calendar.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Achieve high closing ratios by building trust and proficiency in selling our platform.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in regular team meetings, share insights, and set performance goals.
  • CRM Management: Use CRM tools (e.g., Close, HubSpot) to manage lead data and track sales activities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Reflect on performance and seek ways to constantly improve, aiming to exceed targets.

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
  • Experience: Proven experience in closing high-ticket sales, preferably in coaching programs or SMB sales.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Zoom, Calendly, GSuite, and general CRM knowledge.
  • Attributes: Strong organizational skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in high-ticket coaching program sales.
  • Experience in small business (SMB) sales.
