Your missions

How you will make an impact

The Head of Design will oversee all design activities within the company and ensure a seamless and cohesive visual experience across our product offerings and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong product and marketing design background, capable of managing a diverse team and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.


Some of your tasks and responsibilities include:

Team Management:

  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of designers across product and marketing disciplines.
  • Foster a collaborative design culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify skill gaps within the team and drive professional development initiatives.
  • Shape agile processes and best practices for top-notch design.

Product Design:

  • Own the end-to-end design process for Hygraph, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience for our target audiences.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, and other stakeholders to define and implement UX/UI strategies.
  • Be a lead in user research, testing, and iterative design processes to continuously improve product usability and aesthetics.
  • Ensure that the design system is scalable, consistent, and aligns with the company’s product vision.

Marketing Design:

  • Oversee the design of marketing assets, including website design, landing pages, email campaigns, social media content, and other marketing materials.
  • Work closely with marketing and commercial teams to develop creative strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Ensure that all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and deliver a consistent message across all channels.

Strategic Contribution:

  • Be a trailblazer on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of design innovation.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align design goals with business strategy and goals.
