Requirements: 10+ yrs
  • We are looking for true PM support for M&A and the focus will be on the integration migration side vs the business acumen side. Some awareness of identity and integration is fine but we really need partnerships and generally project manager experience.
  • M&A project management handles responsibilities, including designating key roles and tasks, supervising workflows, and establishing standards, timelines, and targets in the post-merger organization.
  • Project Management (PjM) focuses on the management of architectural projects, including organizing principles, contract management, and consultant management. You should be able to demonstrate an understanding of and abilities in quality control, project team configuration, and project scheduling.
  • Any Bigdata tools exp is good to have.
  • PMI/PMP certification or other project certifications (i.g. Agile, Scrum, Sigma, etc.) are a plus.
Responsibilities & Duties:
As a Project Manager within the Technology Services organization supporting mergers and acquisitions, you will partner directly with the Mergers & Acquisition program manager and work horizontally across the different verticals of the business (product, support, data science teams, etc.), and provide strong organizing and accountability management horizontally across teams involved in mergers & acquisitions, including but not limited to product integrations and migrations, support integrations and migrations, and integration and migration project coordination and planning.
Must be a great communicator, storyteller, and advocate who can consult with a wide breadth of groups across many regions.
Partner closely with different teams and leaders to understand the scope of the project and working team and provide in-depth analysis around scope and timelines, help create a structure for strategic execution, assist the informed captain over the effort in prioritizing based on impact, draft memos, and ensure tactics are delivery on time for any project.
Must be able to play an essential role in the strategic growth of the Technology Services organization.
Help manage the mergers & acquisitions integration and migrations roadmap, influence process improvements the teams can leverage to manage essential efforts and the merger & acquisition program.

● Knowledge, understanding, and experience applying agile project management methodologies
  • This Project Manager candidate must be able to function in a fast-paced, dynamic, global environment and capable of balancing multiple fast paced priorities.
  • The candidate must have excellent analytical and communication skills along with experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Solid business judgment, including fact-based and data-driven decision-making, is critical and the ability to work well with all levels of leadership.
  • Responsibilities
  • ● Developing, leading & completing project management deliverables, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), detailed project plans, achievements, and deliverables for seamless project implementation and adoption of new systems and processes.
  • ● Providing concise updates regarding overall status, issues, risks and recommended actions.
  • ● The individual will also liaison between the business and technology groups to ensure business project needs are met.
  • ● Identify and manage the major project achievements. This requires the individual to actively seek out material issues impacting the project and quickly resolve the problems to ensure timelines and functionality expectations are met.
  • ● Partnering closely with project team members and cross-functional business partners, responsibilities include developing detailed change management, communication, transition, and testing plans to ensure seamless execution, adoption, and overall business and system readiness.
  • ● A high level of independence as demonstrated through clear problem-solving skills, effective process evaluation, and delivery of high-quality work: strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills, Attention to detail even under pressure.
