Summary
Top tier asset manager is seeking an HR Associate to join their HR team of 4. Responsibilities will include working closely with senior HR Leader and the small team managing the HRIS system (UKG Pro) including running reports related to headcount. Associate will oversee payroll, benefits, talent development, tuition reimbursement and internal corporate communication as it relates to the HRIS system. Project manage new module development and implementation, streamline processes, be point person for management requests and work closely with provider to customize system for additional uses. Role is in office Monday through Thursday and work from home on Fridays.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus 4+ years of HR experience. Must have at least 2+ years working with UKG Pro. Must be comfortable working independently and presenting to senior leadership. Experience in a professional services environment is required. Must have some project management experience, be extremely detail oriented and have strong communication skills both written and verbal. Must be a strong team player willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
