Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, aligning with our core service offerings (SEO, Digital Marketing, Web Development, etc.)
  • Craft compelling, customized proposals that resonate with potential clients and effectively address their needs
  • Successfully convert leads from bidding to secured clients, contributing to the growth of our business
  • Communicate with potential clients, follow up on bids, and build strong client relationships
  • Maintain a well-organized record of all bids, communications, and project statuses
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals match our capabilities and resources
  • Continuously optimize bidding strategies to increase success rates and project acquisition
  • Meet and exceed targets for project wins on Upwork and other freelancing portals


Requirements

  • Proven experience in bidding and winning projects on Upwork or similar freelancing platforms
  • Strong understanding of Upwork’s ecosystem, including bidding techniques and proposal creation
  • Passion for sales and a track record of successfully converting leads into clients
  • Excellent written communication and persuasive writing skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and craft tailored proposals that stand out
