As our PA Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind seamless prior authorization processes. Your passion for excellence, combined with a knack for quick decision-making, will make you the go-to person in handling emerging issues with accuracy and efficiency. Acting as a liaison, you'll be the beacon of support, providing clients with product/service information and resolving problems with finesse.

What You’ll Do:

  • Master of Organization: Effortlessly organize prior authorization documents and ensure the smooth flow of information through the entire process.
  • Digital Maestro: Document and maintain the status of prior authorizations in electronic records, ensuring vital information is easily accessible to our dedicated team.
  • External Dynamo: Communicate effectively with outside vendors, ensuring a collaborative approach to prior authorizations.
  • Client Whisperer: Provide accurate information to patients, pharmacies, and relevant parties, guiding them through specialty medication procedures, benefit plan design, and services provided by True Rx Health Strategist.
  • Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Troubleshoot claim processing problems, demonstrating your prowess in Rx claims adjudication systems.
  • Tech Savvy Pro: Navigate through various computer systems and online resources, retrieving information while responding to inquiries.
  • Compassionate Guide: Show empathy as you guide patients through specialty and non-specialty prior authorizations, ensuring they navigate the process with ease.

What You Bring:

  • Education: High school graduate with some college preferred, or 3+ years of customer service experience required.
  • Experience/Knowledge: Strong oral and written communication skills, unwavering commitment to customer service, ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, strong computer skills (Microsoft Office), flexibility, teamwork spirit, and a keen ability to learn and retain knowledge.
