Your missions

Responsibilities and Duties:

Partner Operations Management: Ensuring timely deliverables as per MOU and managing partner operations by

  • Leading end to end partner operations management and activities as per the partnership scope
  • Facilitating all operational requirements between internal and external stakeholders by ensuring partner onboarding as per internal SOP
  • Problem solving for challenges to always ensure smooth operations
  • Undertaking regular field visit across all partner locations to monitor progress and mitigate challenges
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on ongoing projects to ensure overall success in the project
  • Partner Reporting: Ensuring all partner reporting requirements are met as per aligned timelines by
  • Generating data reports as per reporting requirements by closely working with the tech and programs teams
  • Preparing narrative reporting by detailing the social impact created by closely monitoring the program and working with the programs team
  • Maintaining and updating internal dashboards to track and record process made

Research & Outreach: Working on building the research repository by

  • Researching on potential partner companies/alliances/associations or any other as assigned
  • Building the outreach database by conducting research on social media platforms such as LinkedIn
  • Using the research database to carry outreach as per aligned outreach strategy
  • Any other relevant task as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in political science, Public Affairs, Public Policy, Public relations, Communications, Social Work, or related fields.
  • 4+ years of progressively responsible, professional experience in construction partnership will be an advantage.
  • Good people management and project operational skills are mandatory.
  • Good stakeholder management, process management and problem-solving skills.
  • Added advantage for applicants who have prior experience in the migration space or prior grassroot experience through fellowships.
Demonstrated Skills in:
  • Good networking, critical thinking and communication skills
  • Working understanding of Microsoft Excel, added advantage for applicants with Power BI knowledge
  • Working independently, as well as with teams, and effectively within tight deadlines.
  • Working with people from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds
  • Utilizing computer technology for communication, data gathering and reporting activities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi
