Why do we need you ?
The Account Manager ensures the quality operation of Verifi area of responsibility. The candidate for this position will work from a home office and perform over 85% of the role at the customer’s sites guiding and supporting the use of Verifi at all levels of the customer organization.
The incumbent should expect a heavy focus on concrete technical abilities and will be responsible for all post installation sales and support, coordinating new system installations and old system removals, on an annual basis of the Verifi systems deployed at a customer plants.
The individual will build relationships through addressing training (customer, contractor, and agency), operations and system issues either resolving them personally or coordinating their resolution through various partners or corporate resources. Candidate will also perform troubleshooting services to aid customers in resolving issues and help them achieve maximum potential from the Verifi solution.
The incumbent should expect to spend approximately 15% of time spent with truck repair. The candidate for this position should expect to have open availability to match the customer’s working hours, this will include non-traditional working hours, up to and including weekends.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Microsoft Excel
- Hands on Electro-Mechanical aptitude including a broad array of technical knowledge including computer systems configuration, mechanical systems, pneumatic systems, 12/24-volt DC electrical systems, and hydraulic system principals
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, meters, gauges
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to work in confined spaces
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business
- Sales Experience and Business Knowledge
- Product Engineering Experience w/electro-mechanical systems
- Industrial sector experience
- Knowledge of Ready-Mix Concrete
- Tableau/Power BI

Essential Functions
Business Management:
- Providing solutions for their businesses that are in line with volume, mix and profitability targets.
- Monitoring competitor activity and ensuring appropriate action is taken.
- Building long-term relationships with customers ensuring that service needs are fulfilled, helping provide technical and quality support
- Networking through active participation in industry association events and committee assignments
- Working directly with Field Service Managers and Field Service Technicians to bring value to customer
Commercial & Excellence In Execution
- Actively works with other departments including logistics, command center and R&D to ensure customer service needs are met. Identifies bottlenecks in service and works within the company to resolve issues
- Coordinates sales activities with team members in business development
- Leading the development and implementation of the account plans and growth actions. The assigned Account(s) will be the responsibility of the Account Manager
- Managing sales targets for the account, and ensuring they are achieved with a structured follow-up process across utilizing a Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM), while working with District Manager and Business Development team.
- Leveraging local relationships to generate leads in current markets up to District Manager and Business Development.
