About The Role

The role is responsible for conducting application trials of AAK fats in various baked goods at the internal and customer site in line with the needs of AAK and in close dialogue with relevant stakeholders.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for developing recipes, conducting trials and application of products internally and externally at customer sites
  • Responsible for customer feedback and providing input to R&D for modification of product if any
  • Active member of the India-Go-To-Market team in developing and driving tactical value propositions of our products
  • Support the application development and solutions for developing New Products and prototypes.
  • Responsible for proactively providing the needed customer innovation support within the Indian Business segment
  • Accountable for the robustness of solutions from lab to pilot to production, as well as efficient sampling to customers.
  • Ensure Full Compliance of the EHS Requirement in the area under control and provide appropriate EHS reports


About You

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role in the Food Industry. Fluency in local Language is a must and good hold on
  • English language is also required. Ability to interact with cross functional teams and drive collaboration.
  • Person should be skilled in using MS excel and familiarity with laptop/desktop usage.
  • Appealing plate presentation during exhibitions.
  • Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques
