Your Impact
The Sales in region will lead the sales process for Qualitrol's offerings to the Indonesia market. They will engage with customers, employees, and channel partners to increase customer happiness and grow sales in the region. You will work directly with the regional leadership team to establish and implement a sales strategy for the region.
Here’s Where You’ll Demonstrate Your Proficiencies
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics in concert with our strategic plan, product roadmaps, annual budget, and governance policies.
- Increase penetration (depth and breadth) and become the preferred vendor in the local markets. Work closely with Power utilities, EPCs and Industrial market to promote CBM solutions.
- Sales person is expected to work closely with end users, open new channel network and work with existing channel partners in region.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis (regional, employee and channel level).
- Develops territory forecasts and maintains an opportunity funnel for the general business and solutions opportunities. Salesforce knowledge is the added advantage.
- Conducts research, compiles data, analyze trends and prepares reports for the Sales Management team.
- Responsible for customer and channel partner relations in the assigned territory.
- Conducts sales calls and travels to customer sites as required by market opportunities.
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- A deep understanding of electric power utilities.
- Experience structuring, advocating, and closing electric power deals at all levels of management including the C-suite.
- Experience working with channel partners (representatives and non-stocking distributors) and utilities.
- Excellent interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and the ability to interact effectively in English.
- Proven track record to carry and deliver against multi-million-dollar quotas.
- Ability to travel extensively within the region.
