Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and attract potential customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling acquisition campaigns.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential customers through various communication channels.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and arrange meetings for the sales team.
  • Track and report on lead generation key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and new lead-generation techniques.

Requirements

  • 4+ years' of knowledge and experience with CRM is essential.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the staffing services industry, and global software projects.
  • Solid understanding of sales principles and the ability to apply them in the context of social selling.
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet lead-generation targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM software lead tracking systems and advanced Excel.
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills.
  • English proficiency, both written and verbal, level c1 is essential.
