JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced Alliance Manager to lead and develop a key strategic alliance with HPE. This pivotal role involves driving the success of our sell-through and sell-with initiatives, making you a crucial player in our sales strategy. You'll be responsible for fostering and managing relationships with HPE, ensuring mutual growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business and sales plans with alliance partners across various routes to market, including OEM, channel, and direct sales.
  • Nurture and manage senior executive relationships with partners to drive partnership momentum and mutual business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify strategic plays and establish key success criteria for partnership initiatives.
  • Build and manage a reporting dashboard to measure sales execution, initiative development, and executive alignment.
  • Serve as the primary executive spokesperson at partner events and sales campaigns to articulate the value of our partnerships.
  • Set goals and supervise sales performance metrics for alliance relationships.
  • Lead co-investment allocations, budgeting, and resource metrics associated with ongoing business activities.

Position Requirements:

  • Regional EMEA experience is required.
  • Proven track record in global partner sales leadership and ecosystem development.
  • Strong understanding of product management, product marketing, sales, and services within the alliances lifecycle.
  • Ability to build multi-dimensional strategies to increase sell-through revenues.
  • Excellent collaboration skills in a matrixed virtual environment.
  • Comfortable working in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Strong IT background with knowledge of virtualisation, data centre, cloud, storage, and enterprise software.
  • Outstanding communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with distribution models, channel programs, and partner relationship dynamics.
  • 10-15 years of executive experience in sales/business development.
  • Ability to travel and work in fast-paced environments.
