You Are

A passionate leader excelling as an Oracle Solutions Architect & Pre-Sales Director with experience in Oracle Fusion, you will be responsible for the management, support, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion applications. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements, provide strategic guidance, and architect solutions that leverage the full capabilities of Oracle Fusion technologies.

The Opportunity

  • Lead the delivery of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into project plans and deliverables.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage project resources, including internal team members, contractors, and third-party vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with project management best practices and standards. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What You Need

  • Bachelors Degree or relevant years of experience
  • At least 15 years of experience combining Solutions/Technical Architect, Pre-Sales and Delivery with at least 7 years Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • In-depth Functional knowledge and experience with technical expertise with full lifecycle ERP Projects and delivery management
  • Experience in Implementation, Rollouts and major experience in Managed Services as Project Lead / Manager is must
  • Experience in leading Managed Services project with at least 50 + team size and experience in Transition Management
  • Strong Release Management skills to manage the release process
  • Escalation & Leads Management at Client level
  • Ability to understand and articulate business requirements and propose solutions after performing appropriate due diligence.
  • High level knowledge of end-to-end integration of Financial & SCM
  • Good experience with proposal activities like RFI/RFP analysis and delivery, RAID analysis, resource, and effort estimation

  • Oracle FCCS or BBCS
  • Oracle modules such as Projects, Procurement and HCM

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below.

Role Location: US Remote

Compensation Range: $159,000-239,000

Certain regular employees may have the potential for quarterly incentive-based bonuses and or commissions depending on role.

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
