We are filling the following position for our client, an international company from the FMCG sector:

Data Management Lead (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

  • Managing global stakeholders, internally and externally, of global customer services contact centers to ensure data delivery is timely and accurate, implementing data quality checks to identify potential issues as early as possible
  • Collaborating with internal run and support function to ensure data ingestion processes are running as required and data at the reporting layer is as expected
  • Work across functions to collate data points from various data sources, consolidating into centralized sources and modelling for reporting purposes
  • Identifying and remediating data quality issues at pace to ensure minimal disruption to reporting and insights
  • Becoming subject matter expert on front end customer service systems to ensure the systems are providing the required output and acting as ‘first line support’ for global, regional and local customer service stakeholders
  • Supporting the wider Performance Management team with data transformations, global dashboard development/maintenance and insights and ad-hoc analysis as required

Your Qualifications

  • Several years working experience with data and relevant tools (Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of front-end Customer Service systems (Salesforce Service Cloud, Sprinklr, CTI’s, Google Analytics)
  • Analytical skills, logical thinker
  • Customer Service background, understanding of contact center environment
  • Experience with website data, chat bots, YouTube etc.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan and coordinate projects
  • Strong conceptual thinking and data driven
  • Business fluent in English spoken and written
