Bachelor's degree and 7 years of pharmaceutical sales experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of healthcare sales experience, Advanced selling skills, strategic business planning, complex issue resolution, collaboration with internal and external resources, expert knowledge on disease states and billing procedures.
Key responsabilities:
- Develop and follow through on effective business plans, stay focused on end goals
- Maintain expertise in market dynamics within complex disease states, work within hospital systems, initiate sales with alliance partners
- Deliver persuasive messages, lead cross functional teams, leverage internal resources for customer issues
- Present at customer meetings, assist in development of team communication, recruit new team members
- Participate and lead special projects, strong communication capabilities among various stakeholders
