SUMMARY:

Placer.ai is looking for a talented Customer Success Manager with a focus on Commercial Real Estate who will manage a book of customer business. The Customer Success team serves as subject matter experts, trusted advisors, and advocates to Placer.ai’s customers. You will drive the continued success of our customers while helping to build a world-class Customer Success function. You will engage with accounts managing customers’ needs, ensuring product adoption and revenue retention. 

A successful candidate will be highly strategic, analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, team-oriented, and will have an ability to work under time constraints to meet deadlines. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the Commercial Real Estate industry, with substantial experience supporting internal and/or external customers through analysis and application of data.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own onboarding, nurturing, retention, up-selling and ongoing success for a defined book of accounts
  • Act in a consultative manner to educate customers on the insights that our data provides and how they can be applied directly to their business
  • Document use cases that serve to confirm value and prove ROI
  • Collaborate with team mates to share best practices and facilitate learning through peer led skill-building sessions
  • Employ creative solutions to overcome challenges that negatively impact customer health
  • Complete all support work needed to ensure customer health in a timely and effective manner 
  • Partner with cross functional teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into the product roadmap

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BS degree with relevant professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer facing role within/ supporting the commercial real estate industry.
  • Outstanding organization and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
  • Focused, reliable and a responsible self-starter that can self-manage with strong critical problem solving skills.
  • Passionate about the application of technology to solve critical business problems
  • High degree of ownership and dedication to work quickly and accurately in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience in presenting complex data to address customer needs
  • Demonstrated experience using analytical tools to help customers answer business questions, identify and capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risk.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, a self-starter, who is internally driven to make an impact on both the customer and a growth directed organization
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and projects
  • Aptitude for being organized with flexibility to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
