Role Summary
Reporting to the Director of Product Design, the Senior Product Designer will join our B2B team, partnering cross-functionally with Product Management & Engineering to build the next generation of energy services products.
Renew Home has ambitious growth targets and is looking for an experienced product designer to help ensure progress towards these objectives. A passion for our missions will be a value add, as well as a proven track record working with cross functional teams to deliver results.
- The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for the full product development life cycle from discovery to final UI and handoff on offerings that bring to life our next generation of energy services.

What You Will Do
- Partner with your Product Management and Engineering counterparts to inform the overall roadmap and partner product definition.
- Create and maintain service maps and user journeys to help align cross-functional teammates.
- Lead design sprints and cross-functional workshops to help define and iterate on our core application.
- Create full service product design assets such as flows, wireframes, prototyping, user testing, and high fidelity designs.
- Post launch, participate in quant data reviews and iterative ideation sessions.
- Collaborate with the design team at large for critiques and operational improvements.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Product Design experience with an exceptional portfolio.
- Proven track record of collaborating with Product Managers and Engineering partners to ship successful product experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to design simple solutions to complex user and technical problems.
- Top communication skills to clearly articulate and discuss your design work.
- Fluency in Figma and prototyping your ideas to help drive alignment.
- Low ego, holds strong opinions loosely, collaborative, and loves learning.
- Has worked in a B2B Enterprise or B2B2C environment.
- Bonuses:
