Our client, a leading collaboration and productivity software company, is seeking a talented and passionate Product Designe r to join their innovative and dynamic design team!
As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our client's products, ensuring they are intuitive, visually appealing, and meet the needs of the diverse user base. The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting exceptional user experiences that empower teams to collaborate seamlessly. **
Responsibilities:**
- Lead design activities within a cross-functional team, including envisioning, design reviews, developer hand-offs, internal documentation, and more.
- Contribute and drive user research, so you can help define ideal user journeys for Enterprise initiatives.
- Collaborate with designers across our Confluence and Enterprise teams to ship end-to-end experiences.
- Partner with PM and Engineering on the strategic direction for assigned projects.
- Provide ad-hoc visual and interaction design support to teams without dedicated designers.
- Actively engage with brand design practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Education: Bachelors
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong user experience and interaction design informed by empathy for the user.
- 7-8+ years of professional UX design experience under your belt, ideally in enterprise software in a B2B setting.
- Experience working with engineering teams and implementing user-centered processes into technology strategies and delivery.
- Demonstrated love of the open iterative design process - constantly sketching, showing work in progress, validating with customers and data, iterating, shipping, learning, growing, and shipping customer value some more.
- Strong facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills: you can demonstrate the ability to work across multiple teams, solicit and synthesize feedback, and facilitate design discussions.
- Experience with strategies for utilizing data to inform digital experiences.
- Deep knowledge of modern tools such as Figma, Mural, and Keynote.
