Job Description

  • Mentor & lead team of three Business Analysts.
  • Engage with Senior stakeholders across the business to translate complex business problems into actionable technical requirements.
  • Create and utilise artefacts including BA practice methodologies, requirements templates, process diagrams, journey maps, change and communication plans and agile practices.
  • Advocate for and implement better business analysis disciplines within the wider business and technology team

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrated recent experience in a similar position within the insurance industry.
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team of Business Analysts.
  • Strong exposure to Agile practices - Advanced knowledge of MS Tools (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365), Atlassian Toolset (Confluence, JIRA), process mapping, storyboarding and wireframing.
  • Knowledge and understanding of policy administration, underwriting workflow and claims systems and processes.
  • Experience with business system and process analysis with a strong systems mindset including all aspects of the BA value stream and solutions development lifecycle.
