You'll be responsible for

• Partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to identify organisational challenges and opportunities; defining solutions to address stakeholder needs; and supporting productivity initiatives.
• Planning and producing quality communications and facilitating effective workshops, considering stakeholder preferences.
• Performing decision and gap analysis between solutions and stakeholder needs.
• Supporting with risks, issues and project change management.

About you

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
• Experience in an analyst, project or risk and compliance role, for a complex, matrixed general insurance / financial services organisation.
• Ability to analyse complex information, identify errors or inconsistencies, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships.
