About Our Client

Our client is a leading FMCG - F&B manufacture, they are looking for a commercial manager to join their core team and drive the Hong Kong market business.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement the market-specific commercial strategy, aligned with the overall business objectives
  • Set ambitious yet realistic targets for sales, revenue, market share, and profitability
  • Anticipate and respond to market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes
  • Oversee the end-to-end commercial operations, including sales, distribution, and channel management
  • Optimize the sales and distribution network to ensure efficient and effective product availability
  • Foster strong relationships with key customers, distribution partners, and industry associations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team the overseas headquarter to align the market's commercial activities
  • Provide regular reports to global headquarter on the market's commercial performance
  • Identify and address any operational or commercial challenges to ensure the achievement of objectives


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 6 years of working experience as a Business Development or Sales professional in FMCG - Food & Beverage or Catering industry
  • Experience as a corporate sales or B2B business representative is highly valued
  • Demonstrable business acumen and strong presentation skills
  • Passion for innovation, business development, and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative team environment
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
