Job Description

Risk Management Policies and Procedures:

Develop, implement, and maintain risk management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Risk Monitoring And Reporting

Produce regular risk reports for management and governance bodies.

Risk Event Management

Drive internal actions to manage and resolve risk events within reasonable timeframes.

Maintain and update risk registers and coordinate the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).

Stakeholder Liaison And Support

Liaise with and guide internal and external stakeholders on risk-related matters.

Support the development and implementation of new products/projects across the business

Technology Risk Assessment

Assess and improve technology risk controls in line with best practices and regulatory expectations.

Perform technology risk assessments, evaluate third-party vendors, and mitigate financial risks.

Regulatory Compliance

Stay current with relevant regulatory circulars, generate reports, and provide feedback to management.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this position, you will have at least 5 years experience in Risk Management with experience leading small teams. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as you will be required to present and engage with the senior leadership team and the board. You will be hands-on and a self-starter, with a proactive nature to drive projects without support.
