Responsibilities

We are looking for passionate, technically strong engineers

  • Passionate about raising the bar in all areas of engineering
  • Excited by the opportunity to build a world class User Experience in Health Care space
  • Ready to take on challenges in designing & building complex UI interactions, reusable components, REST APIs, micro-services and in operationally managing services & infrastructure
  • Be a thought leader in your space and drive collaborative innovation
  • Are able to define and promote best practices both in internal development processes and API & Console UI design and development
  • Have proven experience in using front-end technologies like ReactJS, TypeScript supported by Java based REST APIs and micro-services


Core requirements

  • BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science or related field (Equivalent experience with a proven track record may be substituted)
  • Typically has 5+ years or more relevant experience
  • Experience in a collaborative, agile development environment
  • Proven experience in Typescript and related frameworks like ReactJS, and experience with UI test automation & Web optimization techniques etc.
  • Proven experience in backend systems design and development using enterprise scale frameworks and languages (Java, Python)
  • Ability to design, develop and troubleshoot software programs across database, network and application stacks
  • Ability to design and communicate over technical Architecture, Design proposals and support management team in priority discussions
  • Ability to build products with API-first approach
  • Knowledge in software infrastructure management

You are technically strong and get a lot done – you’ve built services from scratch that are highly available, scalable, and redundant. You understand that simple systems are easier to operate and tackle. You can balance speed with iteration and incremental improvements. You’ve can make life easier for other developers through team collaboration, delivering both process and service improvements.

You will need to build up a working knowledge of Cloud computing concepts in order to reason about and advocate for the best customer experience. You will employ standard developer tools that will help diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve bugs. You will also employ standard web and service development tools to instrument applications. Using your instrumentation, you will present opportunities to improve the overall customer experience by measuring and fine tuning application level metrics.
