What your challenges will be

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architecture designs.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable systems that power our applications.
• Implement efficient algorithms and data structures to support AI models and workflows.
• Develop APIs and web services to enable seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
• Build and optimize database schemas and queries to support data storage and retrieval for AI applications.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies, and incorporate them into our development processes.
• Conduct code reviews, write unit/integration/e2e tests, and ensure high code quality and maintainability.
• Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

What existing skills & experience you possess

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent level of experience).
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack or backend development, with a strong emphasis on architecture and scalability.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as python, JavaScript.
• Experience with web development frameworks such as Django, Flask, Node.js.
• Solid understanding of database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and experience with ORM frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Passion for artificial intelligence and eagerness to learn and apply AI techniques to solve real-world problems.
