Job description

Our client seeks dedicated Remote Therapist (s) for their Behavioral Healthcare Centers. The Remote Therapist can be (part or full-time). You will provide individual counseling sessions, review productivity, manage documentation, promote behavioral health services within the community, and collaborate with human service providers to ensure integrated care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Duties:

    • Provide remote individual counseling sessions using the Doxy platform.
    • Facilitate remote group therapy sessions, following the established models.
    • Collaborate with assigned staff to ensure clients are checked in as part of the billing process.
    • Review weekly productivity reports to identify performance gaps and implement necessary modifications.
    • Provide the Clinical Director with weekly written and verbal reports on identified performance gaps.
  • Community Engagement:

    • Assist in marketing behavioral health services to the community.
    • Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings and special events.
  • Other Duties:

    • Be willing to work late evenings, one weekend a month, or when special events/presentations are scheduled.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Education and Experience:

    • Master's in Social Work, Counseling, or Clinical Psychology.
    • A licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) or clinical professional counselor (LCPC) is required.
    • Must be based in the state of Illinois due to licensing requirements
    • Ability to accept and incorporate constructive feedback, flexible scheduling, and a solid commitment to working with youth in the human services field.
  • Other Qualifications:

    • High-speed internet at the home office as specified by the IT department.
    • Current driver's license and auto insurance.
    • Reliable transportation.
    • Valid BLS/CPR certification.
    • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
    • Ability to work late evening hours until 7:30 p.m. and one-half Saturday a month.
